Joy, the new manager is extremely helpful in my frustrating situation. She took the time to talk with me and really listened to every detail.

This has been a nightmare experience from start until present. This company is coplwty incompetent, unprofessional, and sells poor quality furniture.

Farmingdale location is a place that should be avoided at all costs. My couches are falling apart after only 5 months. Walk across the parking lot to Laz-ee-Boy and avoid Huffman Koos at all.

I am wanting a full refund of my money. They even charged me $199.00 for a protection plan that they didn't even register me with!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

As it turns out, joy was not helping me. She went in her office to talk to "corporate".

Instead of refunding me my money, she had the money applied to the protection plan. She wrote up a bogus invoice assuring me I'd be refunded in 7-10 days. When I called back Guardian and the protection plan was applied on the very same night I went down to the store.

I contacted an attorney and had this proof sent to me via e mail. After the holidays, I plan on taking Huffman Koos to small claims court.
